John Morgan and Cold Coffee are finally back together again! Cold Coffee hit up “The Ultimate Fighter 21” tryouts earlier in the week while John enjoyed a little vacation time in Disneyland. But the two came back together in Las Vegas to tape this week’s episode. Also joining the show was UFC fan favorite Diego Sanchez, who decided to use the show to break a little news about his fighting future. The guys also talked to friend of the show and “Babysitter to the Stars” Burt Watson, who shared some experiences from his storied career and even gave his thoughts on Jon Jones’ recent struggles.
Look forward to us speaking with Burt soon.
John Morgan heads to California to spend a day at the famed American Kickboxing Academy, and one fighter gets injured while he’s there (stone age training, perhaps?), while another shows off his epic trash-talking skills. The next day, it’s back in Las Vegas and in court to hear Wanderlei Silva’s case against the NSAC. And finally, it’s over to the brand new Hybrid Performance training center to talk with Frank Mir and his boxing coach, former Freddie Roach disciple Angelo Reyes.
While Cold Coffee is in New Jersey for UFC on FOX 15, John Morgan makes his way around Las Vegas. Morgan visits the World Series of Fighting headquarters to talk with the promotion’s president, Ray Sefo, about the state of his company – and what may lie ahead in terms of fighting. Then Morgan is off to the Mayweather Boxing Club, where he meets up with Dominique Robinson, who talks about training in Sin City and his relentless pursuit of a UFC contract. Morgan also gives his thoughts on the week’s biggest news, including a few details of Phil Davis’ new Bellator MMA deal.
